LiveTMS is a cloud transport management system (TMS) for companies that move goods by truck. It covers orders, load planning and dispatch, live tracking, a driver app with ePOD, fleet and driver management, transport documents, freight billing, vendors, customer and vendor portals, and reports. ### Does it work with our GPS devices? Yes. Positions can come from GPS devices connected through a GPS integration and assigned to vehicles, or from the driver app on the driver’s phone when a truck has no device, such as a hired market vehicle. ### Do drivers need to install an app from an app store? No. The driver app is a progressive web app: drivers open it in their phone’s browser and can add it to the home screen. It shows their trips, records proof of delivery with photo, signature and OTP, logs expenses and has an SOS button. ### Does it handle GST, e-way bills and e-invoices? Yes, in India mode. Freight invoices apply GST as CGST + SGST or IGST depending on the place of supply, under reverse or forward charge. E-way bills are tracked per trip with their validity and can be extended automatically before they expire, and invoices can carry an e-invoice IRN. ### Can we use it in the United States? Yes. US mode uses dollars, miles and pounds, sales tax instead of GST, bills of lading instead of LR / bilty, toll transponder transactions, EIN, USDOT and MC numbers, and CDL and medical card expiry for drivers. ### Can our customers track their shipments? Yes. Send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email that needs no sign-in, or give customers the customer portal to book shipments, follow them live, and download proof of delivery and invoices. ### Can we work with market vehicles and vendors? Yes. Keep vendor rates, raise spot indents and collect bids, assign vendor vehicles to trips, rate vendors, and pay vendor bills. Vendors get their own portal for loads, trips and bills. ### Does it connect to our accounting software? Posted invoices can be exported as Tally XML (India) or as CSV for Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks or Excel.
