Accessibility statement
LiveTMS wants its public website to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or who prefer less motion. This statement covers the marketing website: the home page in every language (English, Deutsch, हिन्दी, मराठी) and this page.
Conformance status
The public website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, with the limitations listed below. The signed-in application, the driver app and the portals are being brought to the same level; they are not covered by this statement yet.
What we did
- A “Skip to main content” link, landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and labelled sections; one main heading and headings in order.
- Every control works with the keyboard and shows a strong focus outline; focused items are never hidden behind the sticky header.
- The mobile menu, the frequently asked questions, the language picker and the price estimate are built on the WAI-ARIA patterns (disclosure, accordion, listbox, slider) and announce their state.
- Text and controls meet the contrast minimums (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for large text, form borders and focus indicators) in light and dark mode, measured on the rendered pages.
- The illustrations move for more than five seconds, so they have a “Pause animations” button; they start paused when your system asks for reduced motion, and nothing flashes.
- The demo request form has visible labels that say which fields are required, autocomplete hints, an error summary that receives focus and links to each field, and announced results.
- The page reflows at 320 CSS pixels wide and at 200 % text size without horizontal scrolling; targets are at least 24 × 24 pixels.
- Each language version declares its language and text direction; the language picker names every language in its own script and in English.
How we tested
- Automated checks with axe-core (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules plus best practices) on every language version, in light mode, dark mode and at 320 pixels wide.
- Contrast measured against the rendered background pixels for every piece of text, including text over gradients and illustrations.
- Keyboard walk-through of the tab order and of every interactive component; checks with reduced motion and with the animations paused.
Known limitations
- The illustrations are pictures of the product, described in text; the small status cards inside them are decorative and hidden from screen readers.
- This statement and the sign-in pages’ illustration are in English and follow the system’s reduced-motion setting only.
- Translations into German, Hindi and Marathi are reviewed by people; product names such as GST, e-way bill, LR and ePOD are kept in English on purpose.
